By tapping into our trusted network, we help you acquire quality casks at fair prices and facilitate every step, from selection to secure storage at our partnered maturation warehouse in Glenrothes, Scotland where every client is issued full legal ownership via a delivery order.
With over a decade of combined experience, we’ve developed a well-established network of industry relationships, spanning distilleries, brokers, suppliers, and independent bottlers. This network allows our clients to tap into our industry insight and support, making the journey from initial enquiry to purchase as clear as possible. Our role is to facilitate the acquisition of scotch whisky casks by presenting clients with carefully tailored opportunities aligned with their individual goals and motivations for purchasing.
Every client is introduced to our third party bonded warehouse partner, Castlelaw Bond, located in Glenrothes, just 30 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. Here, individual accounts are established for each private client or trade business, ensuring full legal ownership. With complete control over your cask, you can choose how involved you’d like to be, with the added reassurance of expert guidance if desired. Whether you’re interested in sampling, regauging, bottling, or simply visiting your cask, direct access to the warehouse gives you the flexibility to manage your whisky journey with confidence and peace of mind.
Please note that we do not sell whisky casks as investment products. Any decision to purchase a cask for speculative or financial purposes is entirely at the discretion of the individual or business.

Castlelaw Bond Warehouse
We are proud to announce a partnership with Castlelaw Bonded Warehouse in Glenrothes, ensuring your casks are stored in a centralised, secure, professional, and fully compliant environment.
With recent changes in regulation and practice, private clients no longer need to store their casks under another company’s WOWGR license. Today, you can enjoy full legal ownership of your casks. To support this transparency, we help every client open their own account directly with Castlelaw, giving you complete control and peace of mind.

Associated Costs
Below is a breakdown of the costs to store a cask at Castlelaw Bond.
Account Opening Fee: Free
Delivery Order Charge: £25 per Delivery Order
Storage & Insurance
- Storage & Insurance Package: £100 per cask / per annum (covers storage, insurance & standard access)
- Hogsheads & Barrels on Pallets: £0.60 per cask / per week
(waived if Storage & Insurance Package is selected) - Hogsheads & Barrels on Racking: £1.20 per cask / per week
(waived if Storage & Insurance Package is selected)
Sampling & Maintenance
- Sample Draw (ex. HMRC Duty): £50 per sample
- Regauging: £50 per cask
- Sample & Regauge Combined: £80 per cask
Cask Handling
- Cask Re-Racking (into new cask): £60 per recipient cask (cask options available)
It is our client’s choice whether they choose to have their cask either racked or palletised at the warehouse.

We work exclusively with casks that we either own outright or source through a small, trusted network of long-standing suppliers. This ensures clear ownership, removes unnecessary intermediaries, and allows every cask to be registered directly in your name at our warehouse partner, Castlelaw Bond in Glenrothes.
Transparency is central to everything we do. Clients are fully informed of all costs associated with ownership, from storage and insurance to optional services such as regauging or bottling. Upon purchase, clients receive a delivery order confirming legal ownership and access to an online portal to manage and monitor their casks.
