To establish a business relationship, we require the following information from new customers:
Individuals

- Proof of address (utility bill, council tax,)
Businesses
- Proof of business registration or Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Association
- Partnership Agreement (if applicable)
- VAT Certificate
- Last set of filed accounts on Companies House
- Proof of Banking
- Proof of business address (utility bill,)
- Verification Process
Barrel & Brae Ltd reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct verification checks as necessary. This may include but is not limited to:
- Cross-referencing details against public databases
- Requesting additional proof of address or ownership
- Confirming business legitimacy through third-party sources
- Risk-Based Approach
While Barrel & Brae Ltd does not operate in a regulated financial environment, we adopt a risk-based approach to customer due diligence. Higher scrutiny may be applied to transactions involving:
- Unusual purchase volumes
